Millworkcity offers our customers kitchen and bath designs inclusive of floor plans, elevations and three dimensional renderings. Customers are required to submit precise measurements with the use of the Cabinetry Measuring Guide located in the Resources section of the Millworkcity website. Kitchen and/or bath design and cabinet pricing shall reflect customer selection of any cabinet product line offered by Millworkcity. Millworkcity charges a nominal design fee for this service that is credited to any customer that purchases the product material list of the subject kitchen or bath design.
WHAT ARE READY TO ASSEMBLE KITCHEN CABINETS?
Ready-To-Assemble (R.T.A.) are brand new fully finished kitchen cabinets packaged individually ready for easy assembly with everything you need included in the box. The do it yourself enthusiast will be delighted because our R.T.A. kitchen cabinets are easy to build. The assembly process is quick, efficient and frustration free. Nothing quite compares with the feeling of accomplishment when you finish the kitchen cabinet project by yourself. Every time you walk into your kitchen, you experience the pride of your own effort.
PRODUCT SHIPMENT / SHIPPING DAMAGES
It is the policy of Millworkcity that all products be inspected upon receipt. If products are received damaged, please contact Millworkcity upon receipt of damaged items to report damage.
Millworkcity will make every effort to ensure that you receive your order without damage, however on occasion there are conditions beyond our control that will cause damage during the shipping process. Should you receive a damaged item, please take a picture of the damage and notify us at once. Upon notification of any damage, Millworkcity will ship a replacement part out as a rush order. Customers must indicate on any visible damages on to the freight carrier's shipping ticket before acceptance of shipment of ordered products. If damage is not noticed until the package is opened (known as concealed damage) call the freight carrier & have them send a rep out to verify damage. We will handle all damage claims, but we must have documentation in order to process any claim for damage.
Please count and examine all packages at time of delivery. If there is a shortage, please note how many cartons are short on the freight carrier's shipping ticket and send a copy of the shipping ticket, inclusive of shoirtage to our Customer Service Department. If the cartons are damaged, please note the damage on the freight carrier's shipping ticket.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION / RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy for any reason and would like to return your order for a refund, please refer the following return conditions:
1. To receive credit for returned products,a Return Authorization Number must be obtained by calling Millworkcity at 207-370-5020.
2. Products must be returned within 30 days and must be received in original condition. All items must be in original carton, unassembled and unused. Returns cannot be made after product has been assembled or installed.
3. Products damaged due to poor return packaging and handling will be subject to partial credit or no credit.
4. Assembled cabinets are non-returnable.
5. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returned products. Shipping/freight charges, round trip, are the responsibility of the customer/purchaser.
6. Custom made products, including products with special order drilling, notching, cutting or mortising may not be returned.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled so long as they have not yet been sent to production or stock products have been shipped. . In the event the order has been placed into production or shipped, Millworkcity can no longer cancel the order. To confirm that your order has been canceled, Millworkcity will email or fax a cancellation notice to your attention; only then will the cancellation be in effect.
ERRORS AND OMMISSIONS POLICY
From time to time there may be information on our website or in our product catagories that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or ommissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.
